Web Page Link Audit Tool
I've updated it, making it smart enough to handle "named entities" (the way that HTML converts characters outside the range x'21' to x'7E' into something printable), follow refresh pages correctly, handle URLs from the user that don't have an html page specified, fixed a number of errors in following names, link display--and improved the comments substantially. The code is also much clearer than it was before. (You learn a lot writing in C# for someone else for ten months.)
