Amazing The Crazy Stuff That People Write
Forced abortions. Sterilization of the masses by putting chemicals in the water supply. Licensing how many children you are allowed to have.
What sort of crazy person would write stuff like that? President Obama's science advisor--back in 1977. Zombietime has images of the pages. It's shocking--but actually pretty typical of environmentalists, who have a strong totalitarian streak to them.
Maybe Holdren has backed off since then. But it really shows the sort of lunacy that he subscribed to his youth. It would be nice to have him specifically renounce these frightening, totalitarian ideas. But I rather doubt that will happen.
