Constitution Arms, the manufacturer of the firearm, is reporting that the FDA has formally designated the gun as a medical gadget.Many years ago, I had a friend with severe arthritis in his hands--enough so that he couldn't operate a Colt Government Model without extensive modifications to the operating controls.
