Maybe "Bird-Brain" Isn't Such An Insult
The August 7, 2009 Times of London has a video of a bird dropping stones into a tall, narrow glass so that he can raise the water level. What does he want to raise the water level? Because there's a worm floating on the surface of the water--and his beak isn't quite long enough to reach that worm--until he raises the water level.
