Not the Same Neeraj Gulati

I mentioned last week that a Neeraj Gulati was wanted for rape in India. According to Ciena, it's not the same Neeraj Gulati who is a VP of Ciena. Here's the Interpol flyer for the guy wanted in India; this appears to be the VP of Ciena by that name. They sure don't look like the same guy to me.
