Courtesy of David Kopel at the Volokh Conspiracy, here is the ABA's amicus brief in District of Columbia v. Heller. According to the ABA, the sanctity of stare decisis means that an explicit constitutional right should not be recognized today if it has been denied to citizens in the past.
1) Check the ABA's website for forthcoming legal actions to restore the sanctity of Dred Scott, Plessy v. Ferguson, and Lochner.
