here. I ran into Mr. Young at the Gun Rights Policy Conference--and he warned me that the
1757 Pennsylvania militia act that I had on my web site was never signed into law. I found this implausible, since it appeared in
Statutes at Large of Pennsylvania From 1682 to 1801, which should mean that everything contained therein was at one time a law of Pennsylvania. Young was right. There are a number of measures contained in that set that were never passed into law.
